Hatha Yoga / Ohayo Yoga
Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and gentle stretching. The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha Yoga” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you. This is a more relaxing style of yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.
Guests aged from 13 years old and more are welcome.

Oyasumi Yoga
New and only in Niseko, Bedtime “Oyasumi” yoga is ideal for helping you wind down for a good night’s sleep. Relieve the fatigue of the day with gentle movement stretching.
The sound of the "singing bowl," a healing bell, relaxes the mind and body from the brain. Immerse yourself in a relaxing space surrounded by gentle sounds that will bring you a happy feeling.
Guests aged from 13 years old and more are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga class where your body movements and breath are synchronised into a moving meditation practice. This class moves from pose to pose seamlessly with each posture held for no more than five to eight breaths. This is a more dynamic style of yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yin yoga poses with more dynamic sequences in a Vinyasa flow style. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. This is a mixed dynamic and relaxing style of yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Sivananda Yoga
Sivananda yoga has its roots in Hatha yoga and has a strong focus on the health and physical well-being of the practitioner. Sivananda yoga involves regular periods of relaxation and breathing techniques (pranayama) between postures. This is a more relaxing style of yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. This is a more dynamic class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Ashtanga Led Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that connects the movement of the body with the breath, it is based on a set sequence of postures and the first of several series is called the primary series. This is a more dynamic class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Ashtanga Mysore
In "Mysore style" class, students memorise the sequence they are working on and work through during the class. The teacher comes around to instruct, assist and support each student individually. The students set their own pace, but practice in the company of other students and with the encouragement of their teacher. Previous Ashtanga Yoga experience is recommended.

Power Yoga
A more athletic style of vinyasa yoga practice, this fun and challenging class will have you moving, sweating and breathing like you never have before. With a creative mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures, get ready to play with and flow through many asanas with a powerful approach and attitude. Each class is designed to create strength. This in turn will help to prevent injury, build fitness levels, release tension, and create more flexibility and stamina. This is a dynamic class involving stun salutations, standing and seated asanas. This class is recommended for those who have practiced yoga before.

Yin Stretch
Yin Yoga is practiced at a slow, accessible pace, and with most of the poses done seated or laying down. Poses are held for 3 – 5 minute to stretch the dense connective tissue (facia) of the whole body. We use props (blocks, straps, cushions, rollers, and balls) so you can relax, feel supported, and get deeper into the body. Throughout the long holds, there is a strong focus on being mindful, coming back to the breath, staying present in the moment, and letting go of tension in the body. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Yamuna Yoga
Yamuna Body Rolling was created by Yamuna Zake, a yoga teacher from New York with over 30 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher. Yamuna body rolling elongates the muscle; it stimulates tendons and frees up joints. Working with the ball reveals how tightness in certain muscles restricts movements in the joints. As they release, the joint loosens up. Body rolling decongests and unsticks connective tissue and stimulates bone. It also encourages us to let go of habitual patterns. We start to let go and release. Just as we do in yoga, with the breath on the ball we soften, sink and let go.
