méli mélo -Yuki No Koe-

At méli mélo -Yuki No Koe-, we offer French and Italian cuisine celebrating Hokkaido's superb ingredients. Locally sourced vegetables, meat and seafood are prepared with a sophisticated art of cooking that evokes the taste of freshness and stimulates the senses, bringing you closer to nature of Niseko.

méli mélo’s convivial large open-plan dining space arranged around a central bar lies at the heart of Setsu Niseko’s ground floor. Warm oak wood interiors with stone accents create a warm and airy contemporary Japanese feel that sits in perfect harmony with the dramatic views of Mount Yotei, afforded by the floor-to-ceiling glass windows along the restaurant's façade and creating a warm relaxing dining experience. Two private rooms provide an intimate and exclusive gathering point for larger groups of friends and families.

Exploring the secret ingredients of Hokkaido from local vegetables to fresh seafood like sea urchin and locally farmed meat selections including wagyu beef. Whether you are looking for a place to celebrate your special occasion or a chilled night out with friends or family, méli mélo offers a special dining experience to inspire everyone.

Whether you are spending the day relaxing in the hotel or popping back to refuel between adventures, méli mélo is the place for you with its classic menu of hearty comfort food from sandwiches and pasta to pork katsu curry rice. Set menu courses are also available.

Under the watchful eye of Global Chief Barista, Yuki Takeuchi, méli mélo’s team of professional Baristas are nurtured to develop a healthy enthusiasm to produce the best coffee; from the sourcing of coffee beans to the milk and of course, the beautiful latte art. We pride ourselves in sourcing the highest quality beans from roasters in Sapporo; our specialty coffee has strong acidity and floral aroma; whilst our Robusta blend which is sorted in Tokyo, is more on the darker, full bodied side and designed to perfectly complement the rich creaminess of Hokkaido’s ‘Biei’ Jersey milk for your best cup of coffee.

Start your day the right way with méli mélo's delicious breakfast offering showcasing a selection of Japanese and Western breakfast fare. Choose from a Japanese or Western set menu throughout the summer season and enjoy the best of both with a buffet style breakfast during the winter season.
