Dinner
Exploring the secret ingredients of Hokkaido from locally farmed beef to the freshest seafood, méli mélo’s special set dinner menus promise a memorable dining experience that will inspire and delight with their unique combination of flavours.
Highlights of the set menu include a delicate dish of creamy stracciatella cheese decadently topped with oysters and caviar, a sublime seafood bisque with soft cod roe fish and seafood, and a classic Italian inspired venison carpaccio with gouda shavings. Chef Satos’ classic French roots are apparent throughout the experience, as his team of chef’s perfectly match the Japanese delicacy ‘Shirako’ with Jerusalem artichoke puree, braised burdock and clam foam, before serving the classic dish of rare Wagyu Beef with red wine jus and potatoes. To complete the culinary experience, apples gently poached with red wine and spices, topped with butter crumble, custard and earl grey ice cream ease you state of gastronomic bliss.
Note that all set course dinner menus must be ordered one day in advance, please advise of any food allergies.

Baristart Coffee
Under the watchful eye of Global Chief Barista, Yuki Takeuchi, méli mélo’s team of professional Baristas are nurtured to develop a healthy enthusiasm to produce the best coffee; from the sourcing of coffee beans to the milk and of course, the beautiful latte art. We pride ourselves in sourcing the highest quality beans from roasters in Sapporo; our specialty coffee has strong acidity and floral aroma; whilst our Robusta blend which is sorted in Tokyo, is more on the darker, full bodied side and designed to perfectly complement the rich creaminess of Hokkaido’s ‘Biei’ Jersey milk for your best cup of coffee.
