Our Setsu Journey Part 2 - Unveiling Setsu’s Architecture

Let us continue to take you on a Setsu Niseko journey, as we follow our workers on site in the creation of Setsu Niseko.

Following the ‘topping out’ of the building’s superstructure at the end of last year, we are moving another step closer to completion with the unveiling of the distinctive architectural facade with the accentuated windows that characterises Setsu’s exterior. The exterior architecture is designed to sit in harmony with nature, complementing the neighbouring landscape whilst maximising panoramic views for residents.

With our prime location in the Grand Hirafu village and expansive glass window facade, our suites offer a range of stunning panoramic views for residents to enjoy - the local's favourite Mount Yotei, the ski slopes of Niseko Annupuri, the picturesque views of Hirafu village or get closer to nature with our serene courtyard garden views. 

Our full team of designers, engineers and construction workers have been working very hard every day since the snow was cleared in April and Setsu's construction continues to make impressive progress. With the exterior close to finishing, our focus has moved to the interiors with apartment fit-out and engineering works. Works on the ground floor reception have also commenced ahead of the interior fit out later next year. 

Here is our first sneak peak of a four bedroom suite currently under construction. Every finer design detail is carefully considered and refined by our team to ensure Setsu Niseko stands the test of time and offers guests a memorable holiday experience.

From construction through to operations, we are busy perfecting every minute detail. The finest ensemble of hospitality and wellness operators have been thoughtfully selected to deliver our guests bespoke service and the unique Setsu Experience.  They will soon be joining us on our Setsu journey, we are now at 80% of the process and are excited to announce more details in the weeks ahead. Creating cherished holiday memories is our number one priority and our consultants all share our passion and commitment to deliver every guest an extraordinary experience that will become Setsu’s signature.
