Reservation and Arrival

Please send a request at least two hours prior to your desired reservation time to ensure we are able to review your request. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request or to provide alternative times. 

Note that appointments are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us. If you have an urgent enquiry, please call us at +81 (0) 136 55-7796.

Please be sure to switch off your mobile phone to enhance both your experience and that of other guests around you. 

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand or a full cancellation fee of the treatment will be charged. Please note that in the case of no-show, guests will be charged the full treatment price.

Valuables

We recommend not to bring any valuables with you. The Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto Rikka Spa premises. 

Minimum Age and Pregnant Women

We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to provide treatments to persons below the age of 16 years old or to pregnant women.

Privacy and Modesty

Rikka Spa provides disposable undergarments for your body treatments. Any area not treated is properly draped to protect your privacy. Your therapist will only uncover the part of the body being worked on, ensuring your modesty is respected at all times. You should determine your own level of comfort when disrobing, but you are required to wear underwear at the minimum for the duration of the therapy.

Health and Safety Protocols

Rikka Spa facilitates safe distancing without compromising on service or your experience.  All high-touch surfaces are consistently sanitised between treatments.

Depending on the style of treatment masks may be removed during the treatment, however at all other times, please keep your masks on.

Summer: 14:00 to 21:00
Winter: 14:00 to 23:00
