  • Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required. 
  • Housekeeping schedule will be provided as follow:
    • A daily light clean is provided for your stay. This includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection and making of beds.
    • A stay clean is provided after every 3 nights of your stay. This includes in addition to the Light Clean service, vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change.

  • Payment terms: 
    • Reservation made more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation.
    • Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation terms: 
    • Cancelling more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required.
    • Cancelling 60 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the accommodation total is required.
