• This offer is subject to availability and can not be combined with any other offer unless specified.
• This is a limited offer, the discount can be adjusted at any time without any notice. 
• Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required. 
• Payment terms:
  • For March stay dates:  
    • Reservation made more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation.
    • Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For April stay dates:
    • 1-14 nights: Payment is due at time of check-in. 
    • 15 nights or more:20% of the accommodation total due within 3 days of making reservations. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation terms: 
  • For March stay dates:  
    • Cancelling more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required
    • Cancelling 60 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the accommodation total is required 
  • For April stay dates:
    • 1-14 nights: 100% of the accommodation total is chargeable if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival. 
    • 15 nights or more:  50% of the accommodation total is chargeable if cancelled between 3-7 days prior to arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival
• If the stay dates fall between both March and April dates, please note that the March payment and cancellation terms will be applied.
