Private Transfer
Enjoy a point-to-point seamless travel experience between the airport and Setsu Niseko. The fastest and most convenient way to get to Niseko is by private transfer. Our driver will be ready to welcome you at the airport arrival gate and bring you straight to Setsu Niseko. There is also the flexibility to detour to shop at a supermarket en route if preferred.
Important Information
- Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- The car journey is approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on the weather conditions.
- An en route stopover can be arranged and must be requested at the time of booking (extra fees may apply).
- Child seats can be requested at the time of booking.
- A late night and early morning fee will apply if services start or end between 21:00 to 6:00.

This service is exclusive to Setsu Niseko guests.
The vehicle type cannot always be guaranteed and a vehicle of a similar type or higher capacity may be provided.
Cancellation within the specific time frame before booking commencement will incur cancellation a fee as shown below:
7 days: a 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.
What should I do if my flight delayed?
- If your flight is delayed, we will rearrange the transfer at no additional cost. In some cases, the driver or vehicle may not be able to wait for the delayed flight, in which case an alternative vehicle will be provided. The new vehicle may be different from the originally requested vehicle.
- In the case that the passenger arrives late for the transfer because of reasons other than flight delays, the supplier reserves the right to charge an additional waiting time fee, or for a replacement vehicle if necessary.
Are child seats required?
- Yes, child seats are required between 0 to 6 years. Please note that they must be requested at the time of booking.
