Job Overview

The Housekeeper and Room inspector perform day-to-day housekeeping tasks. The team works together to improve the service every day for the owners and guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.

Wage

¥1,300 - ¥1,500 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties

The key tasks that are required of this person include:

  • Guest room cleaning (Bed making, kitchen, bathroom, living room cleaning)
  • Room inspection after cleaning
  • Making daily cleaning report
  • Handling guest requests (delivery amenities, towels)

Reports to: Setsu Niseko Housekeeping Officer and Supervisor

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Like to keep things clean and tidy
  • Understand Setsu Niseko’s vision for customer service and be committed to its delivery
  • Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational and involved team player
  • Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
  • Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
  • Visa status permitting work in Japan
Standard Working Hours
  1. 8:00-17:00 
  2. 9:00-16:00 
  3. 14:00-21:00
