Transport Reimbursement of up to ¥100,000 for Overseas Candidates and ¥30,000 for Domestic Candidates after completion of contract

¥1,400 - ¥1,500 per hour

The key tasks that are required of this person include:

Handling all the inquiries from owners and guests
Arranging reservations for restaurants, spa and activities
Assist and liaise with Front Desk, Bell, and Onsen reception
Communicate well with restaurants, ski schools and other suppliers outside of the hotel

Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese is a plus.
Visa status permitting work in Japan
Valid Driver’s licence in Japan or international drivers’ permission
