We are committed to bringing you great teaching and our schedule holds a wide range of styles that honour both the history of yoga as well as its ever-changing landscape. Our studio is always open to both those who are completely new to yoga or Pilates and those who have an established practice.

Live Hang Drum Restorative Yoga

Live Hang Drum Restorative Yoga (90 minutes)

Restorative yoga is a non-movement style of yoga that allows the body to relax and surrender. Using props (blocks, straps, cushions, blankets) to keep the body in a relaxed posture, each pose is performed carefully and takes a long time. Immerse yourself in the gentle sounds of the Hang Drum, deepening relaxation and guiding you into a meditative state. This class combines music and yoga to restore inner peace and soothe the stresses of daily life.

Suitable for everyone, no experience required.

Sound Journey Yoga

Sound Journey ~Inner Waves~ (90 minutes)

A 90-minute journey combining breathwork, intention setting, and meditation, gently woven together with a sound bath.

You will be guided into stillness, deep rest, and relaxation. Using crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, the layered sounds and vibrations support the nervous system and help release mental and physical tension.
This session is designed so that even busy minds can soften, slow down, and naturally find inner calm and balance. Perfect for those looking to reset, restore, and reconnect with themselves.

Suitable for everyone, no experience required.

Note: Not suitable if you suffer from sound induced epilepsy or have had a recent concussion.

At Studio En, we offer a range of different class styles for all levels and abilities. From dynamic Vinyasa style yoga and more relaxing yin and restorative practice, to strengthening mat and Reformer Pilates.. All our instructors offer modifications for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners, so there is always something for everyone. If you are unsure which class is best for you then get in touch and we can help to find the right fit. Please note not all classes may be available year-round.

Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with a moving carriage, springs, and adjustable resistance, always guided by a trained instructor to ensure safe, effective movement that targets the intended muscles for maximum results. Studio En is equipped with the latest Reformer Pilates machines, and our highly trained, supportive instructors will guide you in using the equipment, tailoring each session so you get the most out of our low-impact, high-energy classes.

Morning Yoga

Morning yoga, which moves slowly in time with your breathing and gradually awakens your body, will help you feel refreshed and balanced in body and mind. By spending meaningful time in the morning, you can start the day with a positive attitude and improve your performance for the day. There is less strain for mind and body, suitable for all levels and abilities.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is practiced at a slow, steady pace with gentle attention to breath, movement, and alignment. The word “ha” means sun and “ta” means moon, reminding us of the balance of energies we cultivate within. The practice offers gentle stretching and grounding, while also supporting comfortable strength, flexibility, and a clear, centered mind. This class encourages moving with awareness and enjoying the quiet space created through each posture and breath. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Vinyasa Flow Studio En Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga class where your body movements and breath are synchronised into a moving meditation practice. This class moves from pose to pose seamlessly with each posture held for no more than five to eight breaths. This is a more dynamic style of yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Gentle Flow Studio En Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga offers a softer approach to Dynamic yoga. While the poses flow, the nature of the style is much slower in pace and gentle in practice. It strikes the balance between keeping active whilst still maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The class is designed to minimize mental and physical strain and is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Yoga Studio En Yin Yang

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yin yoga poses with more dynamic sequences in a Vinyasa flow style. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. This is a mixed dynamic and relaxing style of yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Energy Power Yoga

A more athletic style of vinyasa yoga practice, this fun and challenging class will have you moving, sweating and breathing like you never have before. With a creative mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures, get ready to play with and flow through many asanas with a powerful approach and attitude. Each class is designed to create strength. This in turn will help to prevent injury, build fitness levels, release tension, and create more flexibility and stamina. This is a dynamic class involving sun salutations, standing and seated asanas.
This class is recommended for those who have practiced yoga before.

Yin & Deep Stretch

Yin Yoga is practiced at a slow, accessible pace, and with most of the poses done seated or laying down. Poses are held for 3 – 5 minute to stretch the dense connective tissue (facia) of the whole body. We use props (blocks, straps, cushions, rollers, and balls) so you can relax, feel supported, and get deeper into the body. Throughout the long holds, there is a strong focus on being mindful, coming back to the breath, staying present in the moment, and letting go of tension in the body. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Body Release

It is a comfortable stretching class using Yamuna yoga balls. Working with the balls reveals how tightness in certain muscles restricts movements in the joints. As they release, the joint loosens up. Body rolling decongests and unsticks connective tissue and stimulates bone health. It also encourages us to let go of habitual patterns. Just as we do in yoga, with the breath on the balls we soften, sink and let go. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

This class is designed to get you in the best shape for skiing and snowboarding.
It combines yoga, stretching, strength, and mobility to help you build the power and flexibility you need for winter sports. You’ll work on improving balance, stability, and endurance, so you can move better on the slopes. Whether you’re riding through deep pow or carving down a mountain, this class will help you feel stronger and more confident on your ride.

Mat Pilates

Our Pilates mat classes bring people together in a welcoming group setting, guided by experienced instructors who ensure every movement is both safe and effective. Mat Pilates is a continuous exercise sequence that applies Pilates fundamentals to connect breath and movement, while maintaining an active connection to your core muscles and alignment. Using only your body weight and simple props, mat Pilates builds a strong foundation in core strength, posture, and muscular endurance, while improving overall body awareness. Classes are designed to be dynamic yet accessible to all levels and abilities.

Group Yoga or Mat Pilates Class

Drop in – ¥3,000/class (Valid for one yoga or mat Pilates class)

3 Class Pass – ¥8,400 (Valid 30 Days for yoga or mat Pilates) (¥2,800/class)

5 Class Pass – ¥13,000 (Valid 30 Days for yoga or mat Pilates) (¥2,600/class)

Unlimited Monthly Pass – ¥30,000 (Valid 30 days for yoga or mat Pilates)

*Please note all class passes are not applicable for Reformer Pilates classes.

Reformer Pilates Class

We offer a dedicated space for private Reformer Pilates — a progressive, functional practice that develops core strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment for individuals with private one-to-one sessions, semi-private classes and group classes for up to four students.

Group of 4

¥6,500 per person

A 50-minute group Reformer Pilates class in an intimate setting of up to four students. Reservations recommended.

Trio

¥9,000 per person

One 60-minute semi-private Reformer Pilates class limited to three students. Reservations recommended.

Duet

¥12,000 per person

A 60-minute semi-private Reformer Pilates class limited to two students. Reservations recommended.

Private Class

Our yoga, mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates instructors are available to teach private one-on-one sessions in our dedicated studio space. We create personalised practices tailored to your needs, whether a relaxing stretch session, a challenging power yoga session or a strengthening Reformer Pilates class. Private lessons offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns, and goals. We provide all the required equipment you may need during your session.

Private Yoga Class

¥15,000

A 60-minute private yoga or mat Pilates session for up to two students with one of our trained instructors in our studio space.

¥3,000 per person for extra participants.
Add extra time to your booking – each 30-minute block is charged at ¥3,000.

Private Reformer Pilates Class

¥18,000

Our instructors are available to teach private one to one sessions in our dedicated studio space. A 60-minute private session starts from ¥18,000 for one person. Additional participants can join your class (extra fees applicable), please contact [email protected] for more details.
