Reservation and Arrival

Reservations are required in advance. Please send a request at least two hours prior to your desired reservation time to ensure we are able to review your request. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request or to provide alternative times.

Please kindly note that the 20% deposit paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable.

Note that appointments are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us. If you have an urgent enquiry, please call us at +81 (0) 136 55 7796.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation time.

A Moment of Peacefulness

Embrace the opportunity to disconnect. We ask that all mobile devices are switched to silent mode or turned off, to ensure the most peaceful experience for yourself and as a courtesy to other guests.

Please also refrain from any behavior that may affect the comfort of other guests.

Cancellation Policy

A 20% deposit is needed to confirm your booking. Kindly note the 20% deposit paid is not refundable. Please make any changes or cancellations by the day before your reservation. Same-day changes or cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee. Kindly note that in the case of no-show or less than 1-hour notice, guests will be charged the full treatment fee (100%).

Valuables

We recommend not to bring any valuables with you. The Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto Rikka Spa premises.

Minimum Age and Pregnant Women

Guests under 16 years old must have parental consent. We can only offer pregnant guests ‘Maternity Treatments’ between 15 weeks and 36 weeks under doctor’s approval.

Privacy and Modesty

Rikka Spa provides disposable undergarments for your body treatments. Please note that you are required to wear underwear for the duration of the therapy.

Rikka Spa recognizes the importance of personal information and respects the privacy of both guests and staff. Please refrain from taking photos or videos inside the treatment rooms.

Health and Safety Protocols

Rikka Spa facilitates safe distancing without compromising on service or your experience. All high-touch surfaces are consistently sanitized between treatments. For the safety and comfort of customers and staff, we kindly request that you refrain from consuming alcohol or substances that may impair your judgment before or during your visit to Rikka Spa.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or contrary to public morals or who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances. In such cases, the customer will be asked to leave and 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
