We are delighted to share the exciting news that Setsu Niseko has been nominated for ‘Japan’s Best Ski Hotel’ at the World Ski Awards 2026.
This win would be extremely important to Setsu Niseko, Rikka Spa and the staff, as it recognises the hard work everyone has contributed in making the hotel and guest experience exceptional.
We would like to ask for your support by voting for Setsu Niseko and Rikka Spa for this year’s awards. We have put together a step by step guide below to help make the voting process a seamless one.
How To Vote for Setsu Niseko
For those who have already signed up
1. Login to vote by clicking the link: World Ski Awards – Japan’s Best Ski Hotel
2. Before voting, please check your profile and make sure you use your work email to vote and have the Ski Tourism Industry Voters information filled in.
Industry Vote will be 5 times more points than a regular vote, so this is very important.
- (IMPORTANT) For your account to be verified as an Industry voter, you MUST submit 2 votes. *You are able to vote for multiple properties, but only one per category.
- Please vote for Setsu Niseko for Japan’s Best Ski Hotel AND Muse Niseko for Japan’s Best Ski Boutique Hotel.
Muse Niseko is managed by Niseko Management Service via the Vacation Niseko brand.

2. Click ‘Sign-up’ to vote
3. You will be taken to the sign-up page. Please fill in your information as required. There are 2 things to be very careful of.
- Please make sure you use your work email @setsuniseko.com to vote.
- Please make sure you have the Ski Tourism Industry Voters ticked. Industry Vote will be 5 times more points than a regular vote, so this is very important.
- Industry: Please select ‘Hotel & Lodging’ from the dropdown menu.
- Company: Setsu Niseko
- Job Title: Fill in your title in English
- Website: setsuniseko.com
4. Once you submit your registration, go back to your Gmail account that you used to register, you will see the email called ‘Verify your email address’. Open that email and click the yellow button ‘VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS’.
5. Now you will be taken back to the Voting Page. Now you can Click ‘VOTE NOW’. If for some reason you get lost and cannot get back to the voting page, please click the link here.
