  • Amendments and cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will receive a 100% penalty (non-refundable).

• Housekeeping schedule will be provided for all suites except penthouses as follows:
  • • A daily Light Clean is provided for your stay. This includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection, and making of beds.
    • A Stay Clean is provided after every 3 nights of your stay. This includes vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change, in addition to the Light Clean service.
• Housekeeping schedule will be provided for penthouses as follows:
  • • A daily Stay Clean is provided for your stay. This includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection, making of beds, including vacuuming of your suite and linen & room wear change.
