- For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up until 31 days prior to arrival.
- Amendments and cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will receive a 100% penalty (non-refundable).

- Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required.
- Housekeeping schedule will be provided for all suites except penthouses as follows:

- A daily Light Clean is provided for your stay. This includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection, and making of beds.
- A Stay Clean is provided after every 3 nights of your stay. This includes vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change, in addition to the Light Clean service.
