We appreciate you choosing Setsu Niseko and we would like to welcome you back. To show our appreciation, you are entitled to our Valued Guest Discount* on your future stays across all seasons whether that be summer, winter, spring or autumn. Make a direct reservation and receive an additional 5% off our Best Available Rates.
Current 2025-26 Winter Stays and Summer Stays (From 1 April – Mid November)
Eligibility
The Valued Guest Discount is available to guests who have stayed with us at any time since the opening of Setsu Niseko.
Offer Details
5% Valued Guest Discount will be applied.

Booking Periods
- Reserve your stay by 30 April 2025: No blackout dates applied
- Reserve your stay after 30 April 2025: Blackout dates applied for the stay between 20 December 2025 – 3 January 2026 (inclusive).
Starting from 2026-27 Winter Stays (From Late November – 31 March)
As we approach our fifth winter season, we have refined our Valued Guest offer to better recognise our most loyal guests. You can find all the information on these changes below. We truly value the continued support and look forward to welcoming all our guests back in the future.
Eligibility
- The Valued Guest Discount is available for guests who have stayed with us in the last two winter seasons. For stays in winter 2026-27, guests who stayed during the 2024-25 winter season or later will be eligible.
Offer Details
Reserve your stay and enjoy 5% Valued Guest Discount
- By 31 March 2026: No blackout dates applied.
- Between 1 April – 30 September 2026: Blackout dates applied for the stay between 19 December 2026 – 3 January 2027 (inclusive).
No Valued Guest Discount will be applied when you reserve your stay after 1 October 2026.
Kindly note that the Valued Guest Discount will be offered only when eligibility is confirmed at least 60 days prior to arrival, or within 48 hours of the reservation being made, which corresponds to the final balance due date. Should eligibility remain unconfirmed after this point, the discount will not be applied.
