• Designated outside parking (¥2,000 per night/advance booking is required)

Validity:

Available for stay dates between 22 August – 2 September 2026 (minimum stay of two nights).

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is subject to availability and can not be combined with any other offer unless specified.
• There may be a chance we require guests to move suites during their stay. Our team will confirm this at the time of reservation.
• Either buffet or set menu breakfast will be served during Summer (April – November).
• Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required.
• Please note additional charges do apply for maximum occupancy in all our suites. Enquire at time of reservation if you have any questions.
• Setsu Niseko reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue this offer at any time, without prior notice.
• Please note that Setsu Niseko does not issue qualified invoices for accommodation charges. Please refer to the FAQ page for more details.
• Payment Terms:
  • 100% of the accommodation total is required 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation Terms:
  • Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival: Free of charge
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the stay total
• Housekeeping Schedule:
  • • 1-2 nights: No cleaning provided
    • 3-4 nights: 1 x Light Clean provided during your stay
    • 5-6 nights: 1 x Light Clean and 1 x Stay Clean provided during your stay
  • The Light Clean includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection and making of beds.
  • The Stay Clean includes in addition to the Light Clean service, vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change.
