- Setsu Niseko is a non-smoking hotel. Guests may be asked to leave if they do not follow hotel policy.
- Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required.
- Either buffet or set menu breakfast will be served during April – November.
- Housekeeping schedule will be provided for all suites except penthouses as follows:

- A daily Light Clean is provided for your stay. This includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection and making of beds.
- A Stay Clean is provided after every 3 nights of your stay. This includes vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change, in addition to the Light Clean service.
