This plan includes ¥20,000 worth of activity vouchers that can be used for a variety of adventures suitable for ages 6 and above, such as rafting, SUP, and tree trekking. Chasing the energy of Niseko’s nature by day, then sharing a dinner made with carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients by night. Activity Vouchers & Reservations

• This plan is highly recommended for families with children aged 6 and above, or group travelers.
• For children aged 3-5: Vouchers can be used for Family Rafting (1 July – 31 August) or the Night Forest Exploration Tour (18 July – 16 August)
• Vouchers are valid for summer activities, restaurants, and gift shops at Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu (NAC).
• Our Concierge team will contact you via email after your reservation is confirmed to assist with activity bookings.
• Vouchers will be provided at the Hotel Front Desk. Please present them when purchasing activities or products.
• You will receive 20 x ¥1,000 vouchers (¥20,000 total). Please note that no change will be given.

• Dinner is served once per stay. Please contact us if you wish to add more dinner sessions.
• Your preferred dinner time is required, please let us know at the time of reservation.
  Dinner Hours: 17:00 – 21:00 (Last Order: 20:30)
• A Kids’ Plate is provided for children aged 7–12. If they prefer the adult menu, it is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
• Dinner is not included for children aged 6 and under. Please order from the à la carte menu if needed.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Kids Plate menu item is included in your package for children aged 7-12 years old. Please note that no dinner plate is included for children aged 6 years and younger, please order directly at méli mélo -Yuki No Koe-.
• One dinner is included per stay (not per night). If you would like additional dinners, please contact our concierge team [email protected], who will be happy to assist with bookings at an additional cost.
• Your preferred dinner time is required, please let us know at the time of reservation. If we do not hear from you, we will book the dinner time based on the restaurant availability, to make sure we will have a table reserved for you. We will email you the time once that is booked. Please reach out to our team [email protected] if you would like to change the time, we will check the availability and confirm with you.
• Daily breakfast is included (Either buffet-style breakfast or set menu, the front desk will inform you upon check-in.)
• This offer is subject to availability and can not be combined with any other offer unless specified.
• Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required.
• There may be a chance we require guests to move suites during their stay. Our team will confirm at the time of reservation.
• Please note that Setsu Niseko does not issue qualified invoices for accommodation charges. Please refer to the FAQ page for more details.
• Payment Terms:
  • No prepayment required at the time of reservation.
• Cancellation Terms:
  • Cancellation 3 days or more prior to arrival: Free of charge
  • Cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the stay total
• Housekeeping Schedule:
  • 1-2 nights: No cleaning provided
  • 3-4 nights: 1 x Light Clean provided during stay
  • 5-6 nights: 1 x Light Clean and 1 x Stay Clean provided during stay
    ※The Light Clean includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection and making of beds.
    ※The Stay Clean includes in addition to the Light Clean service, vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change.
