Your Stay Includes:

• Access to our concierge specialist who will assist you making your stay memorable
• Access to our business centre with computer and printer
• Use of hotel gym
• Use of public onsen

Nightly Prices:

• One additional guest can be added to One Bedroom and Two Bedroom options at additional fee of ¥2,000.
• An additional stay fee will be applied for stay dates between 7 – 15 August 2027.
• Breakfast can be added at the additional cost. Complimentary breakfast is available for children aged 6 and under when dining with adults. Please contact our Reservations team to reserve your breakfast in advance or you may go directly to the restaurant on the day.
• Request for higher floors can be accommodated at ¥1,000 per night per room. Subject to availability.

Validity:

• Available for stay dates between 1 June to 31 October 2027

Terms & Conditions:

• The offer is available for 5 reservations per day.
• Setsu has the right to stop this offer at any time without prior notice.
• This offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless specified.
• Our onsite parking has limited availability, with fee. Pre-booking is required.
• There may be a chance we require guests to move suites during their stay. Our team will confirm this at the time of reservation.
• Please note that Setsu Niseko does not issue qualified invoices for accommodation charges. Please refer to the FAQ page for more details.
• Cleaning Schedule:
  • • 7 – 29 nights: 1 x Light Clean and 1 x Stay Clean is provided every 7th night during your stay.
    • 30 nights and more – 1 x Stay Clean is provided every 7th night during your stay.
  • Light Clean: Includes simple kitchen and bathroom cleaning, towel change, amenity replenishment, trash removal, and bed making.
  • Stay Clean: Includes light cleaning, as well as linen and loungewear change and vacuuming. Additional cleaning is available for an additional fee.
• Payment Terms
  • 7-13 nights
    • ¥30,000 deposit is due within 3 days of making reservations.
    • Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
    • If the reservation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of reservation.
  • 14 nights or longer
    • ¥30,000 deposit is due within 3 days of making reservations.
    • Remaining balance is due 50 days prior to arrival.
    • If the reservation is made 50 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of reservation.
• Cancellation Terms:
  • 7-13 nights
    • Cancellation more than 8 days prior to arrival: ¥30,000
    • Cancellation 7 day or less prior to arrival: 100% of the stay total
    • 14 nights or longer
      • Cancellation more than 50 days prior to arrival: ¥30,000
      • Cancellation 15 – 50 days prior to arrival: 20% of the stay total
      • Cancellation 8 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the stay total
      • Cancellation 7 day or less prior to arrival: 100% of the stay total
