Take advantage of our special stay rate with Breakfast and a seasonal Dinner course from méli mélo -Yuki No Koe-, offering French and Italian cuisine celebrating Hokkaido’s fresh seasonal ingredients. Locally sourced vegetables and meat are prepared with a sophisticated art of cooking that evokes the taste of freshness and stimulates the senses, bringing you closer to nature of Niseko.

Please note that one dinner per stay is included in this package. Additional fees will be applied if you would like to have additional dinner when staying for 2 nights and more, please let us know if you would like to do so.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Kids Plate menu item is included in your package for children aged 7-12 years old. Please note that no dinner plate is included for children aged 6 years and younger, please order directly at méli mélo -Yuki No Koe-.
• Your preferred dinner time is required, please let us know at the time of reservation. If we do not hear from you, we will book the dinner time based on the restaurant availability, to make sure we will have a table reserved for you. We will email you the time once that is booked. Please reach out to our team [email protected] if you would like to change the time, we will check the availability and confirm with you.
• Daily breakfast is included (Either buffet-style breakfast or set menu, the front desk will inform you upon check-in.)
• This offer is subject to availability and can not be combined with any other offer unless specified.
• Our onsite parking has limited availability, with an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applied for each parking lot. Pre-booking is required.
• Payment Terms:
  • Payment is due at time of check-in.
• Cancellation Terms:
  • Cancellation 3 days or more prior to arrival: Free of charge
  • Cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the stay total
• Housekeeping Schedule:
  • 1-2 nights: No cleaning provided
  • 3-4 nights: 1 x Light Clean provided during stay
  • 5-6 nights: 1 x Light Clean and 1 x Stay Clean provided during stay
    ※The Light Clean includes a light touch up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change, amenities refill, garbage collection and making of beds.
    ※The Stay Clean includes in addition to the Light Clean service, vacuuming of your suite, linen & room wear change.
