EnglishDue to road closures for the upcoming UCI Gran Fondo World Championships races on 30 August from 05:45 – 07:15 and 08:00 – 12:15, there will be parking restrictions on 29 August, depending on your planned departure time the following day.
Please note that some areas may not be accessible by car during the event. For more detailed information, please see here.
To help accommodate this inconvenience, Setsu Niseko will offer a complimentary late check-out at 12:30 for all guests departing on 30 August.

Departure Time on 30 August: Between 08:00 – 12:15
Guests planning to depart from Setsu Niseko between 08:00 and 12:15 are kindly asked to park at Welcome Centre (Google Map Link) on 29 August, which takes approximately a 12-minute walk from Setsu Niseko. Please note that parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
You are welcome to drop off your luggage at Setsu before parking your car.
For guests staying multiple nights including nights other than 29 August, you may park at Setsu’s on-site parking as usual.
Departure Time on 30 August: before 8:00 or after 12:15
You may use Setsu Niseko’s parking as the roads will be open at that time.
