Agent Portal Manual
Login
- Go to the Agent Portal Link (Corporate Portal)
- Login with provided email address and password
- In cases when you cannot log in, please contact our Sales team at [email protected] for assistance.
Top Navigation
Once you have logged in successfully, you will see the top menu with 4 headers.
1. Home
- This is the default page when you login to the agent portal.
- You will have ability to view all of your reservations here.
- Click ‘’+’’ to view the reservation ID, reservation status and rate type.
- Click ‘Advanced Search’ to filter your reservations list which can be done by dates and / or reservations status. You may see the reservation status shown as ‘unconfirmed’ when first created in the system. Please note that once the reservation is created on the agent portal, the reservation is considered a confirmed reservation.
2. Reservation
- A new reservation can be created here. More details can be referred in the ‘Create a New Reservation‘ section below.
3. Profile
- Your provided information will be registered by our sales team and will be displayed here. If there are any changes required, please contact our Sales team at [email protected]
4. Property Information
- You can view our contact information, banking details, cancellation policy and other important information.
- Please refer to the payment policy on your contract as payment policy here is for our direct guests.
Create a New Reservation
1. Click ‘Reservation’ on the top menu and enter your Reservation Details which are Stay Dates, Number of Adults, Children and Infants.
2. Click ‘Get Quote’ button – Important Note: Please make sure to click the ‘Get Quote’ button every time you update any Reservation Details (such as Stay Dates, Number of Adults, Children and Infants). Otherwise, the rates will not refresh.
If you proceed with a booking using incorrect rate plans or rates because the ‘Get Quote’ button was not clicked, our Reservations Team will adjust the reservation to reflect the correct rates.
- Please note that the age policies are as follows:
- Adults: 13 years and older
- Children: 7-12 years old
- Infants: 0-6 years old
*Please check the maximum occupancy of each room before making reservations. All room types will come up in the search result even if the number of guests exceeds maximum occupancy. Setsu has the right to cancel reservations if the maximum number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy of the room. 3. You will see all available rate plans, the availability of each room type including the minimum nights policy. Select the room type and rate plan you wish to reserve and click ’Add To Reservation’.
3.1. To reserve multiple rooms of the same room type, follow the steps above and change the number of ‘No of Rooms to Book’ before clicking ‘Add To Reservation’.
3.2 To reserve another room type or rate type, select the new Room Type and / or new Rate Type you wish to reserve and click ’Add To Reservation’.
4. Once you select the room type and rate plan you wish to reserve, click ‘Edit Quote’ button on the top left corner to go back to the search page. Add guest details to the ‘Guest Details’ section and agent details to the ’Booker Details’ section in the left sidebar. The fields in blue are mandatory. Please ensure to provide as much information as you have, so we can deliver a seamless experience for guests.
4. Click ’Book’ to confirm the reservation. Please note that the reservation will be made under ‘Unconfirmed’ status and our Reservations Team will update the status to ‘Confirmed’ once the grace period has passed.
Please check your reservation details again to ensure the information is correct before making the reservation.
5. Confirmation email will be received from our Reservations team within 72 hours. If you have not received the confirmation by then, please contact our Reservations team at [email protected].
*PLEASE NOTE: NON-LETTING SUITES WILL APPEAR ON THE QUICK QUOTE SEARCH RESULTS PAGE. THESE SUITES ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RESERVED.
Reservation Amendment Request
If you wish to change the stay dates, the number of guests or room type:
- Click the ‘Home’ menu
- Select the reservation that you wish to make an amendment to
- Click “・・・” on the right side of your reservation
- Select ‘Change Reservation’
- Submit your change request
Apart from the above amendment request options, please email your request to our Reservations team [email protected] with the reservation ID and lead guest name.
Guest Details Amendment
If you wish to amend your lead guest details:
- Click the ‘Home’ menu
- Select the reservation that you would like to amend the guest details
- Click “・・・” on the right side of your reservation
- Select ‘Amend Guest Details’
- Fill in your updated / new details and click ‘Submit’
Cancellation Request
If you wish to cancel your reservation:
- Click the ‘Home’ menu
- Select the reservation that you would like to cancel
- Click “・・・” on the right side of your reservation
- Select ‘Cancel Reservation’
- Submit your cancellation request
- A cancellation email will be received from our Reservations team once your reservation is cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE: A RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED WITHIN THE PORTAL ANY TIME PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. CANCELLATION FEES ARE APPLIED AS PER THE CANCELLATION TERMS OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION.
