Concierge Staff
The Concierge Staff performs day-to-day concierge duties. Handle the requests from the guest and owners and arranging all the necessity during their stay such as ski lessons, equipment rental, transportation and restaurant reservations. Guest Relations Staff
The Guest Relations Staff provides personal service to our Owners & Penthouse Guests. They handle all concierge requests for our Owners & Penthouse Guests and arrange all the necessary activities during their stay such as ski lessons, equipment rental, transportation and restaurant reservations. The team works together to improve the service every day for guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.
Bell Staff
