The Guest Relations team provides personal service to our Owners & Penthouse Guests. They handle all concierge requests for our Owners & Penthouse Guests and arrange all the necessary activities during their stay such as ski lessons, equipment rental, transportation and restaurant reservations. The team works together to improve the service every day for guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.
Responsibilities and Duties
The key tasks that are required of this person include:
- Handling all the inquiries from Owners & Penthouse Guests
- Arranging reservations for restaurants, spa and activities
- Assist and liaise with Front Desk, Bell, and Onsen reception
- Communicate well with restaurants, transfer and activities suppliers and other suppliers outside of the hotel
- Greet Owners & Penthouse Guests on arrival
- Ensure Owners & Penthouse Guests have a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Set up Welcome Amenity for Penthouse Guests
Reports to: Setsu Niseko Concierge Duty Manager
Qualifications / Requirements
- Understand Setsu Niseko’s vision for customer service and be committed to its delivery
- Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational and involved team player
- Ability to communicate well internally and externally with both verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
- Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
- Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese is a plus
- Visa status permitting work in Japan
Standard Working Hours
9 hours per day (with 1 hour break); between 07:00-24:00; 30-40 hours a week.
Hours may increase during high occupancy periods.
