Concierge

The key tasks that are required of this person include:

Handling all the inquiries from owners and guests
Arranging reservations for restaurants, spa and activities
Assist and liaise with Front Desk, Bell, and Onsen reception
Communicate well with restaurants, ski schools and other suppliers outside of the hotel
Training seasonal staff
Role is flexible and have to adapt as necessary to the changing market conditions and operational constraints

Reports to: Setsu Niseko Concierge Assistant Manager

Understand Setsu Niseko’s vision for customer service and be committed to its delivery
Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational and involved team player
Possess written and verbal communication skills with guests, owners, team members and external suppliers.
Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese is a plus
Visa status permitting work in Japan
Driving license is a plus

Salary (plus annual discretionary bonus)
Paid statutory holidays. 10 days after 6 months of employment, 11 days after 1 year and 6 months of employment

Commuting allowance to and from your home to work, capped at 45,000 yen per month
