While Niseko’s white season may have come a little later than expected this year, the long-awaited snow finally came to town just in time for Setsu Niseko’s Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, marking the start of our fourth winter season in Niseko.

Setsu Niseko was announced as Japan’s Best Ski Hotel at the 2025 World Ski Awards, the only global awards programme dedicated to celebrating and rewarding excellence in ski tourism.
