Important Information
- All helicopter packages include lunch, transportation, professional guiding, and safety instructions, along with snow safety equipment (backpack, avalanche beacon, shovel, and probe).
- Heli Tour is suitable for an advanced skier who is able to ski steep terrain and trees in deep powder.
Sample Itinerary
07:00 – Pickup time from Setsu Niseko
08:00 – Arrive at helipad / Avalanche and heli briefing
09:00 – Start shredding (lunch will be taken between this time but there is no set time.)
15:00-16:30 – Last run
16:00-17:30 – Transfer to Setsu Niseko

Terms & Conditions
This service is exclusive to Setsu Niseko guests.
We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance that covers the activities.
Payment is required at the time of booking if reservation is made within 60 days of the tour.
If booking in advance of 60 days, we will take a non-refundable 25% deposit.
Heli guests not flying or delayed due to weather will be offered a backcountry or resort tour with the prospect of flying if the weather changes. Guests can also rebook for another day if there is availability.
Cancellation prior to booking commencement will incur cancellation fees as below:
General:
30 to 60 days: 50% cancellation fees
29 days or less: 100% cancellation fees
Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no shows.
6 Run Big Mountain:
Full day: If we need to cancel the full trip due to weather, snow stability, mechanical issue, or unforeseen emergency, or offer a guided lift-assisted day trip to Rusutsu and refund the difference in price (¥160,000 + 10% tax per person).
Partial Day: If cancellation due to weather or mechanical issue occurs partway through the day, we will refund you for the runs not skied (¥27,500 + 10% tax per run/person).
Private Heli:
Full day: If we need to cancel your private charter heli skiing due to weather, guided skiing at Rusutsu will be offered and 77% of your payment (¥1,694,000 + 10% tax) will be refunded.
Partial Day: If you only use partial hours due to weather, ¥18,000 + 10% tax per minute will be refunded. On the other hand, if you would like to buy extra minutes, this will cost an additional ¥18,000 + 10% tax per minute.
